1. Are you happy about your project design? What, if anything, would you have done differently?
Very happy and pleased with the project design. The architect's drawings were very clear and precise.
2. Where our sales and production staff courteous, helpful and knowledgeable?
Yes. They checked in with us each day so we would know building schedule. They notified us of deliveries to building sight, and the names and duties of personnel doing construction.
3. Was our production manager available when needed?
Yes, they were always available and accommodating.
4. Did our office staff serve you in an efficient and friendly manor?
Yes. Very efficient and friendly. Always made us feel that they really cared, and answered all our questions.
5. Where the people who worked on your job neat and respectful of your home and property?
Very much so. Each work crew was well supervised and each member took pride in doing his assignment well. They were very quiet, industrious and always left the construction sight clean and in good order.
Additional thoughts:
We are happy to rate Niro General Contracting as a solid ten! I would like to add that all subcontractors did top quality work. It was a pleasure to see the pride they took in their trade. Mrs. Stoner and I are very pleased and happy with our new Florida room.
